ABOUT ME
My name is Ellie and Im 16. I was born and raised in Prague but now I study in London and although Im supposed to be really good at English, Im not :).
So please dont hate me for my mistakes, Im trying to learn from them.
My biggest passions are all about people. That includes studying psychology and sociology, learning foreign languages (right now five in progress), travelling to meet new people and experience different cultures and lifestyles, trying to understand each person around me and being the best human being I can so people would enjoy talking to me.
Apart from this socializing I like drawing, being alone (a lot actually), watching fireworks and spending time with my youngest sister.
And btw yes, we're sitting on a car.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
I think that the name Share your story actually describes the purpose of this site pretty well. This is the place where you can share the story of your life and also read about lifestyles of other people from all over the world.
Some time ago I realized that there is not much I would know about living in other countries. When I moved from Prague (which is the capital of the Czech republic which is a country in central Europe) to London, I found out that even though these cities are both capitals and both in Europe, there are many differences which I became to recognize just during the first few days. And that made me think even more about how much I dont know about other countries and people who live there.
And I wanted to know, because I've always wanted to know everything, so I decided to create this website. My dream is to collect stories from as much countries and places as I can and make them accessable to all the people who would like to know what's actually happening in the world.
